The Friday Traffic Report: Blogger Investment Advice

I've seen that before, and I like it. However, I can't get past the $214 at the bottom. You'll get maybe 2000 cans/bottles of beer for $1000, depending on your tastes. Even with the $0.10 deposit in Michigan, that's only $200. And if you get the beer there, you won't get as much because you've got to pay that deposit up front.

For us down here in Georgia, we won't get squat for those cans. Still, fun little post.

Yeah, I guess the $214 is bullish to say the least. Luckily I don't run an investment blog or put much stock in the validity of the facts in jokes that are emailed to me.

The whole thing had me at "If you had purchased $1000 worth of beer..." After that I just glazed over thinking that, with the weather in Indiana right now, I could actually cool that much beer outside. :)

Judging by the hangover I have today and the number of cans in my recycling bag, I think I'm well on the way to being a millionaire...Is beer tax deductable?

What an investment! Retail investor is always the victim while big guy.....running away. Diversify our investment portfolio is always the best. If stock market melt down, go to property (overseas) or gold. Well,...I am not the expert :)...just what I think

Yall forgot to take into account the methane gas you'd produce from drinking the Beer -- could use it to power a Hybrid car - and you'd be recycling at the same time.

Besides, drinking the Beer would be a lot more fun than stressing over the ups and downs of some stock.
